What currency are the prices do I see in the site?                                           

All prices are in AUD

Do you ship Internationally?

I just placed my order when will it ship?                                                     

Once an order is processed we ship within 1-3 business days (except Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays), All orders are shipped using standard delivery + tracking. All orders will be sent via Australia Post and can take 2-7 business days to arrive

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?                                 

All customers are responsible for providing the correct contact, postage and delivery information. If you have miss spelled or auto filled in an incorrect address contact us immediately so that we may be able to change the address before postage because once the parcel leaves, we cannot change any shipping information. In this event Milk Hair Care will not be held responsible, this matter will have to be investigated by the chosen courier or Australia Post. No refunds will be given for incorrect delivery 

How do I find my order number?                                                                   

Your order number is on the confirmation email. Our order numbers are 6-7 digits long and contain only numbers. If you are unable to find your number, please contact us
